Train Alpharetta Concert reviews
Train was AMAZING!!
I mainly purchased these tickets because my husband was a big Jewel fan. However, we both thought she was disappointing. Two of my biggest concert pet peeves are 1) when they play mostly their new stuff that no one knows yet, and 2) when they change their hits so much that you can't sing along, or in this case, you can hardly recognize. Also, I wish performers would keep their politics off the stage and at home where they belong. But luckily, Train more than made up for our Jewel disappointment. They put on such an amazing show! I love when you hear a song and say, dang! I forgot they sang that! Pat, the lead singer, was so enthusiastic and so fun to watch and he made it really hard to sit down while he was on. Their fan interaction made me regret buying grass seats instead of front row. They did some covers by Aerosmith, The Beatles and ABBA and definitely did those songs justice!! Of course Jewel was supposed to come out and do a song with them but didn't.
My husband doesn't usually go to concerts with me, I'm the huge concert goer in the family, but Train was so great that he said, "I would definitely want to see them again!" I've seen Blues Travelers before and they never disappoint. They always sound great and get you up and moving! My only complaint about them is that they weren't on stage longer. However, he did come back out and perform a song with Train during their set and it was awesome!! Oh and one more thing to add... We are Stranger Things fans and Train had Steve on stage with them playing guitar for the entire show! And he played really, really well!!
Train, please be sure to come back to Albuquerque again soon!! We can't wait to see you again!!!
